Valid Driver's license or passport.

What are the income and credit qualifications?
Income must be 3 times monthly rent, no evictions or balances owed to previous apartment communities, good payment history.

What is acceptable 'proof of income' to sign a lease?
Pay check or bank statement confirming monthly deposits.

What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
Both parties must qualify.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, if terms of lease are met.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Lease will be enforced per TAA standards.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
After the initial expiration of the lease.

What utilities are included in my lease?
No Utilities are included.

How long is the term of the lease?
During lease-up, 12, 13 14 & 15 month leases are available.

Do you accept leases for short terms?
Not during lease up. Once property is leased up, short-term leases will be available with an upcharge.

Do you offer furnished apartments?
We may refer you to a source that will provide with information. Apartments are vacant and include all appliances and full size washer and dryer.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Through the website, in person, or by phone call.

When is my rent payment due?
1st day of each month.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
4th day of each month.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Yes, our rent drop box. Coming soon - online payment setup.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Not more than 7 consecutive days or twice that many days in any one month.

Do you have reserved parking?
Yes, covered and private garages are reserved. Additional cost for Covered parking and garages.

I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In any parking space available or reserved.

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes, please provide names and ages.

Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
